Jim Higgins joins the RAA as our new Operations Director with effect from 17th April 2023.

Jim brings over 30 years automotive retail experience to the RAA and has held senior leadership roles at several of the UK’s largest dealer groups including Ford Retail and Bristol Street Motors where he both scaled businesses and built successful teams.

Most recently Jim headed up the Ford division at Marshall Motor Group.

The independent privately-owned businesses who have successfully come together over the last eighteen years to form the Retail Automotive Alliance now have a combined turnover of more than £3.5 billion. We are excited to welcome Jim Higgins to lead the RAA through our next phase of growth and development with our loyal partners. Jim’s experience, influence and relationships will be invaluable to us.
