Che Watson, Brindley Garages CEO said,

“Joining the RAA holds great value for us because we will benefit from the scale of a top 10 car retailing group which will enable us to significantly reduce our cost base and be that much more competitive than we could be alone.”

Asked about other aspects of the RAA benefits, Che said

“It’s not just the commercial advantage that appeals, it is the opportunity to regularly meet with like-minded business owners to share experiences, thoughts and ideas and improve our own business as a result.”

John Matthews, Director of the RAA, added,

“For 15 years now, the focus has been on finding the right character & integrity of each new Shareholder the RAA invites into the group because it is getting that bit right which enables us to negotiate so successfully with our supplier partners and achieve a level of cost base management to rival the major plc’s.”
